AGUS MARDIANTO THE BIG BROTHER, AND MONITORING PRIMARY SCHOOL EVALUATION IN 2014

AGUS MARDIANTO THE BIG BROTHER, AND MONITORING PRIMARY SCHOOL EVALUATION IN 2014
A meeting for coaching and The Big Brother Agus Mardianto’s acting
Wednesday, May 14th, 2014, after 15 minutes late from the schedule, about 1.15 pm in the afternoon, convention room, Directorate of Primary School held a meeting. It was a
meeting for discussing School Evaluation Nationally Monitoring (US) whole Indonesia in 34 provinces.
According to the invitation letter where the list enclosed in it, about 85 participants were invited in the meeting, but maybe a half of the participants, most were directorate’s staff,  weren’t present in the meeting. Some of staff were outside, attended the others own directorate activities.
Welcome and opening speech by Didik Pr., The Head of Subdit of Learning. He was grateful to the attendants because of being present on time and ready to participate in the monitoring of school evaluation activity conducted by our directorate. In closing speech, he suggested PPK, Sri Rejeki, to form the task-force men to do the task.
Directory of speech then spoken by our Director, Ibrahim Bafadal. It was very important of course. Some cores of his briefing were: UN was deleted but US still existed in primary school; both UN and Us were very important function in education to measure the output of learning process in primary school nationally; to behave polite during three days the activity conducted; The conductors could receive the invitation from friends for a lunch or dinner but not for gratification; getting informations more and more from schools and provinces, especially about components of school evaluation; the data of school evaluation of whole participants from provinces.

THE BIG BROTHER AGUS MARDIANTO’S  ACTING
The technical explanation of monitoring activity was presented by Agus Mardianto and added for completing by Sukiono, one of the senior staff. I looked at him was sitting on the seat, watching his laptop on the desk in front of him. He couldn’t  hide his big size body behind his laptop from my sighting. I sat exact in front of him.
Agus Mardianto was the famous staff of our directorate because of his body’s big size. I presented him an atribute as an appreciation of mine for him as Big Brother. No one big size body in our direcorate but him.
Yeap, Agus Mardianto The Big Brother!
He had more than 120 kgs weight. His shoes’ size were 47! Oh my God! So, he often moaned about it and he was very sad because of poor of his big shoes size. If he would get the suitable shoes’ size 47, of course he had to buy them far to Cibaduyut, or to special home industry of shoes, or fly far overseas to the famous fashion cities in the world, Milan, Italy, Barcelona, Spain, or Paris, French.
His stomach form was distended forward and he was enough hard to move. Sometimes I had a joke for kidding, for example I said, that the seat he sat daily automatically  just lasted two or three months, than it was exactly broken. No seat in our office made him joyful, even the seat in the aircraft  of Airbus type Boeing 727-400 in executive class. When I looked at his body, I remembered Sammy, a famous new comer comedian, who had big size body as same as Agus Mardianto. How big both them were!
I knew him well than the others because he was together with me since 2005. I was pleased together with him because of his friendly in friendship and helpful. Both of us often practised our English conversation and spoke English daily morning. We had a lot of fun and often made some jokes. We respected each others respectful. He didn’t ever hurt my heart and neither did I.
He was appointed as a PO of school evaluation monitoring of own directorate in the fiscal year 2014. Certainly, he was the most important man of that program. He had responsibility of conducting the monitoring and its result, successful of unsuccessful!
Agus Mardianto informally apointed his senior Sukiono as a wise “advisor” of that program. Agus Mardianto knew well about Sukiono’s capacity and capability.
Both of them explained some informations: three days-monitoring, Monday to Wednesday, May 19th to May 21th, 2014; whole 34 provinces; three districts or cities per each prov.; three conductors per each prov. and each conductor in each district/city; some components of instruments for some respondents; conductor note and instrument for reporting in conducting the monitoring.
In question and answer session, The Big Brother Agus Mardianto just said a preface word as moderator and then continued by Sukiono to answer and added the informations maybe weren’t enough completely.
The last session was announcement of the conductors of monitoring “who goes where”, announced by the PPK, Sri Rejeki. The participants paid attention to her announcement because they wanted to know where or what province they would visit.
Some of us, especially I myself, without listening to Sri Rejeki’s spoken, had known the province we would visit. The Big Brother Agus Mardianto himself had told me about that on the day before. I would visit West Jawa, the district was Kab. Bandung.
The last but not the least, all of us were successful to do the best.
